Our revenue model is limited strictly to platform access and usage fees, including charges for tournament creation, feature access, and software usage only. Any financial settlements between teams, players, organisers, or any other parties related to a tournament are managed independently by organisers outside the platform.

Clarification: All payments processed through our payment gateway are solely for platform usage or access fees payable to SportsAuctionPro. We do not facilitate any financial transactions between tournament participants.

Purpose of Data Use

Collected data is used strictly for tournament-related activities, including player identification, registration, team formation, auctions and fixtures, match coordination, and official communications.

Important: We do not use player or team data for advertising or promotional purposes without explicit consent.

Consent & Responsibility

Player and team data is typically submitted by organisers or authorised representatives. By submitting data, the organiser confirms that appropriate consent has been obtained from the players for the collection, use, and storage of their personal and sporting information for tournament-related purposes.

Global Player Registry

Player profiles may be stored in a global player registry to enable authorised organisers to retrieve player details for future tournaments using verified identifiers (such as mobile number). This helps reduce duplicate registrations, improves tournament efficiency, and provides a seamless experience for returning players.

Data Access & Sharing

Player and team data is accessible only to authorised organisers, team managers, and platform administrators, and only to the extent necessary for tournament operations. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

• Authorised Organisers: Tournament organisers can access player and team data for their tournaments to manage registrations, auctions, and team assignments.
• Team Managers: Team managers can view information about players assigned to their teams for coordination purposes.
• Platform Administrators: Our team may access data as necessary to provide support, maintain the platform, and ensure compliance.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or government request.
