Set Up Your Franchises

Franchises are the heart of the format. Four to eight teams is the sweet spot for a club — enough for rivalry, few enough to fill each with talent. Give each a name, a colour, and an owner-captain who feels invested. That identity is what turns "Tuesday badminton" into "my team is playing."

Stage the Marquee Auction
